BS-238T Washing machine

This is a stationary washing machine to wash the whole circumference (the roof, front, sides, and rear) of a vehicle with five units of brushes, leading to a superb finishing process. With the newly developed four units of brushes equipped with the machine for the sides of a vehicle (each two units on either side), the finish will be of surpassing excellence no matter how dirty the vehicle may be. Even one unit of brushes can wash every inch of the roof and front and rear of a vehicle. A system unit is equipped with the machine as a standard specification to wash the tilted surfaces of the front and rear of a new-model vehicle. A driver can wash his vehicle according to the guidance from the washing machine in a drive-through style without getting out of the vehicle. Also, molten zinc plating is used for the frame of the machine, and aluminum‐zinc alloy‐coated steel sheet is used for the outside plating, as a standard specification for long-term hard use. A variety of options are also available in response to specifications of users such as a card system, a coin system, a POS system, and a failure data logger.
The top-level washing capacity makes it possible to wash the whole circumference of a vehicle.
The washing time is 2 minutes with 370 liters of water for a 12-meter vehicle. Even a person who is unfamiliar with machines can use it at the flip of a switch. Many options are available. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
