Washing System for Railway Carriages
(Stationary Type)

This is a fundamental washing system(Train Wash Plant) for railway carriages consolidating all the know-how accumulated since our foundation. It is a stationary type, and can be installed in a small footprint. Moreover, a carriage can be brought in from either direction for the washing process, thus the system can be installed at a place which was considered not possible in the past. The whole circumference of a carriage up to the shoulders, to say nothing of the sides, is fully washed. The new control system and special mechanism perform the washing by precisely correlating to the shape of a carriage without any need for manual washing. Materials and a surface treatment method in adequate consideration of long-term use of the system are applied for the best quality and durability. Needless to say, the washing system(Train Wash Plant) is thoroughly safeguarded against unlikely accidents so that you can use it without worry.
