Washing System for Railway Carriages
(At Plants)

This train wash plant system washes the carriages produced at a plant or brought in for inspection, realizing a systematic line management. It is equipped with all the functional features required to wash carriages at a plant. Because the system has a movable washing method, space is effectively used when the system is not in use. The whole circumference of a carriage including the front and rear, shoulders, and base, to say nothing of the sides, is fully washed. The new control system and special mechanism perform the washing by precisely correlating to the shape of a carriage without any need for manual washing. Materials and a surface treatment method in adequate consideration of long-term use of the system are applied for the best quality and durability. Needless to say, the washing system is thoroughly safeguarded against unlikely accidents so that you can use it without worry.
